At LSP Digital, Kerstin Maaß is responsible for the recruiting of new talents.
She studied Business Administration with a focus on personnel management at University of Applied Sciences Kiel.
Before joining LSP Digital she spent over ten years as Human Resource Manager for employer branding and recruiting – most recently at the EDEKA headquarter in Hamburg, before that at Hays AG and OTTO GmbH & Co. KG.
Since July 2021 she is also a part of Statista's Talent Acquisition Team.
