As a graduate of a master's program, you can get started at LSP Digital in the position of Junior Consultant. Excellent academic achievements are required, and initial experience in a management consultancy or in the strategic and digital environment is preferred. Your responsibilities are thus defined as:
- Assuming independent responsibility for specific modules of consulting projects
- Compiling substantial analysis results and recommendations in consultation with the project leader
- Beginning to establish your own expertise in a particular field
Depending on the degree of seniority and professional experience, the degree of responsibility and specific expertise will differ.

As Project Leader, you will assume significant responsibility for the success of our projects. You will oversee the organization of a smooth project flow and ensure excellent results in terms of content. You have several years of experience in strategic planning and implementing digital projects under your belt, and ideally, possess a solid background in consulting. As a specialist in your field, you will serve as the central contact person for both our clients and our colleagues. You will guide younger colleagues and maintain customer relationships in day-to-day operations. Our recruiting department will also actively support you. In addition, you can expect to have the following responsibilities:
- Assuming complete responsibility for the project’s content and process in consultation with one of our directors or partners
- Staffing a special field of content
- Ensuring quality at all project levels
- Operating as the central contact person for the client
- Supporting project acquisition
