In this respect, we take an old-fashioned approach: strategy follows analysis. This is quantitative at its core, has a precisely targeted and proven methodology, and is unfailingly straightforward and transparent.
Statista’s databases and market models predominantly supply an effective basis to achieve this. In partnership with Statista, we also integrate quantitative and qualitative market research factors – from conjoint analyses to Statista’s customer cloud panel and focus groups – into our ongoing project work from the start.

Innovative approaches with leading-edge methods
Solutions to complex challenges require more than mere calculations. They often only materialize when working in interdisciplinary teams with a strong user focus. Therefore, design thinking is another integral aspect of many projects – here, we work closely with the DI-Lab of the Hamburg School of Business Administration. To this end, we conduct design sprints with our clients, allowing us to develop and test concrete solutions with users as quickly as possible.

Feasibility: a pivotal requirement
Due to our own entrepreneurial experience, we are hard-wired to keep track of the specific feasibility of the project and make this our guiding principle. For us, a project result that counts is the one that our clients can actually realize. This is why we often also help to generate the relevant organizational conditions – up to the formation of company-owned incubators and independent NewCos. Following the strategy phase of many of our projects, we have achieved success as interim managers for our clients.

And with the chairs of the Hamburg School of Business Administration and the University of Hamburg, we work together on innovative technologies, such as distributed ledger (blockchain) or AI.
